What is the ESSEC Business School professional essentials gift set 2026?
A professional essentials set from Unseen Matters: a fabric cable organiser, recycled aluminium fidget pen and leather notebook in a kraft box.
This is our second project for ESSEC. We produced gift sets for ESSEC, each personalised with ESSEC’s logo and blue, and arranged in a kraft box with a branded paper sleeve.
What was ESSEC’s brief for this gift set?
ESSEC wanted a gift that suited students, executives and delegates alike, compact to hand out and useful long after the event.
Instead of mixing unrelated promotional items, we built the set around one theme: keeping work essentials organised and ready. The organiser stores, the notebook and pen record, and the box brings them together.

What is a cable organiser pouch?
A cable organiser pouch is a compact fabric case with dedicated pockets that keeps cables, pens and cards together inside a bag.
Ours has a natural exterior, a batik-inspired fabric accent and a dark blue snap closure, with the ESSEC logo on the front. Inside, separate pockets and an elastic holder stop small items from collecting at the bottom of a bag.
How does an organiser pouch fit different routines?
One pouch adapts to many users: a student carries stationery and memory devices, an executive carries adapters and cards, a delegate carries event essentials.
That flexibility is why we chose it. A product that fits several routines is more likely to stay in use, which keeps the ESSEC identity in daily view.

What is a pen with a built-in fidget spinner?
A fidget spinner pen is a normal writing pen with a spinner built into its top, giving a discreet tactile outlet while you think or listen.
The spinner sits in the bamboo pusher of the recycled aluminium pen, so it needs no extra space in the box and is always at hand. The black body and bamboo detail give contrast, and the pen still writes like any standard pen.
Why pair the pen with a leather notebook?
The pair works immediately: the notebook holds meeting and lecture notes, and the pen is ready to use without waiting for an occasion.
The dark cover carries the ESSEC logo near the lower corner. We kept the branding restrained so the notebook suits both a lecture hall and a boardroom.

How do you pack a gift set so it feels organised?
Give every item a fixed place in the box, repeat one brand colour across them, and let the arrangement communicate care on opening.
The kraft box has a blue sleeve printed with the ESSEC logo. We used a sleeve rather than printing the whole box, which keeps the natural kraft visible and the finish clean.
What makes a corporate gift worth keeping?
A corporate gift is worth keeping when it solves a daily problem, uses durable or recycled materials, and carries branding subtly.
We apply three tests. Will it be used? The organiser, notebook, and pen all serve routine tasks. Are the materials considered? The pen uses recycled aluminium and the organiser is built for repeated use. Is the branding restrained enough that people are happy to be seen with it? Responsible gifting starts with choosing items that don’t get forgotten or discarded.

Which events suit this gift set?
This set suits student orientation, executive education, conferences, leadership programmes, onboarding and corporate appreciation.
It can be presented individually, laid out at a registration counter or distributed in bulk. Colours, fabric patterns, logos and packaging messages can be customised to your organisation.
